Sales Manager
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager for Weekenders Cannabis is motivated, well-organized, and has experience selling cannabis products in the California market. Preferably the candidate has existing relationships with dispensaries and a proven track record of opening new accounts. We are looking for candidates for all territories in California.
Qualifications:
Prospect new accounts by using Pistil software, competitive analysis, and industry relationships
Set up meetings with dispensary purchasing managers
Coordinate sample product drop-off to local retailers using our distribution partner
Follow up with potential and existing clients on a regular basis
Document client progress through internal sales reporting system HUB Spot.
Meet monthly sales quotas and KPIs
Weekly progress calls with the sales team and CEO
Have expert-level knowledge of our products and be able to clearly communicate product benefits Requirements: -3-5 years of experience in outside sales -Ideally 1-2+ years of experience in the cannabis
Must be 21 or older
Must be a California resident
Must have valid drivers license and transportation
Compensation: $45K-$70k+

3-5 Years of Sales Experience
1-2 Years of Cannabis Sales Experience
Brand Ambassadors
We are seeking qualified brand ambassadors in both Northern and Southern California to help support pop-up and demo events at dispensaries. This is a part-time position for 10-25 hours per week.
Qualifications
Outgoing personable personality
Knowledge of the cannabis market
Sales experience a plus
Must be 21 or older
Must be a California resident
Must have valid drivers license and transportation
